Processing Time

All orders are processed within 14 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside of our control, such as customs processing for international orders.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your order.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to the following countries: [List countries]. Please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Rowellery Collections is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
6. Damages and Lost Items
Rowellery Collections is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Rowellery, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a simple and flexible return and exchange policy. Please read the details below to understand our guidelines.
Returns

Eligibility: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@rowcostore.com. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send the item.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over [X amount].
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
